St. Tropez, French Riveria

As I mentioned in my last post, Jeremy gave me a Mother's Day gift for a weekend on the French Riveria. I didn't waste any time redeeming this offer!!

The view of the Mediterranean from our hotel room. I loved the mountains in the background. Such diverse landscape here. Beautiful!

Walking/shopping downtown at the Market

Jeremy's jaw was open the whole time staring at all of these yachts! They were very impressive and so many!

It happened to also be a Harley-Davidson convention while we were there. Bikers everywhere!
Our hotel. Jeremy was in love with the Audi in front.

Walking along Pampalone beach

Outside the famous Le Club 55. It looks empty now but I guess it is totally packed in the summer months!

Working on a (much needed) tan while watching all the yachts on the Mediterranean. It doesn't get much better than this!

Took a break from tanning/sleeping to enjoy a delicous lunch for two served right on the beach!

Walking along the Marina looking for somewhere to eat for dinner. The sea was so beautiful at sunset.

We found a Vietnamese restaurant where you grill your own meat. It was awesome. I especially liked the free appetizers before our meal. These little rice things were so good and served with a fruity juice.

Dinner is served: A big plate of raw meat.

By the time we were done eating it was time for the night life!

With the International Film Festival going on just a couple of towns over in Cannes we thought at least one celebrity sighting was guaranteed! St. Tropez is famous for it's nightclubs and US Celebrities often make appearances here. One of the most popular is Les Caves du Roy so we decided to try to get in! It is free to get in but if you buy drinks inside they are outrageous!

100,000 Euro (around $140,000) for a bottle of Champagne!! Just a bottle of water was 26 Euro (around $40!)

The club opened after midnight and was almost completely empty

We ended up staying until 3am and the club was packed! We didn't see any celebrities (I don't think) but it was so much fun!! The perfect end to a perfect day. Thanks babe!

**Jeremy was picking off a piece of paper that was stuck to the lens. ha ha!!**
