Last Day of School!!!
We wanted to do something fun on the last day of school since the kids got out at 11:00am!! However, we had a tornado warning in effect so we stayed in to play a massive amount of board games. (to the kids disappointment there was no tornado)
Finding Dory
It's always fun watching movies on post because you're sure to see lots of friends there!
Pool Time!
We learned our lesson from last year's HOOOOOOOOOT summer and are setting up the pool now before the heat becomes unbearable!!
Late Bday Party
Whitney celebrated her birthday last month on our cruise. Her friends were not having any of that though - they kept asking when she would have a party with them! So... we pulled together another outdoor movie night. We were TOTALLY lucky to not be rained on either!!! :)
opening presents while we waited for it to get dark enough to show the movie
Whitney's sweet Italian friends (neighbors) came to celebrate with us
Jeremy's MacGyver skills were in full force!!
We totally lucked out with perfect weather for an outdoor movie! RARE!!
Great picture!!
Whitney is so blessed to have such loving, sweet friends!
Father's Day
Jeremy is an amazing Father! He puts us before everything and everyone else. He is not happy if anyone of us is unhappy and will do whatever it takes to fix any problem in our lives. He always has the answers to any question and always knows the right thing to do or say. The kids look up to him so much and live for his love and affection - which he's never ashamed to show. I'm so grateful that our children are blessed with a wonderful example for their Father.
When I asked the kids what they love most about their Daddy, this is what they said:
Connor: "He's really funny and he always knows how to make me feel better."
Aiden: "He's a really good role-model. I like to hear stories about when he was a kid and I always try to aspire to be like he was."
Whitney: "He makes me feel important."
