Froglets

All the little froglets in the upcoming play (Honk, Jr.) started meeting this week for rehearsals.
They are so stinking cute!

Wax Museum

This week was the wax museum for 5th graders.  The kids had to choose someone who inpired them and did something to help the world.  Whitney chose Jim Carrey! (lol!) We've been watching a lot of Jim Carrey movies over the past month for our "research".  Whitney chose the "Pet Detective Jim Carrey" to dress up as.

She opened her speech with "Alllrrrrriiiiighty then" and ended it with "Ok. Sure thing. Bye-Bye Now.  Let's watch that in reverse" lol!

Flossing...
this had a totally different meaning back in my day!

When it was all over the teachers played music and everyone got on stage and started dancing. So fun!

School Carnival

The annual school carnival.  I am not sad that this will be my last one I ever go to! Mass craziness!!

These girls put their money together and spent $31 on the raffle (when I wasn't looking)!

them: Dividing their "treasures" from the raffle
(me: planning a trip to the thrift store tomorrow!)

Real belly laughs!  Love these girls!

First Baseball Game

Connor's first baseball game was this weekend and we couldn't go!! :(

The game was in Naples and they had to leave Thursday night in order to get there in time for a double header starting on Friday morning.  Then another double header Saturday morning!
Lucky for me I have some friends who went to the game and sent me some pics! :)

On the way to catch the bus

Warming up before the first Saturday game

They ended up losing all 4 games.  BUT... they improved with each game and had a lot of fun!
