Whit-Bit

Whitney (AKA: Whit-Bit, Whibbles) is at the cutest stage right now! She is always on-the-go, busy getting into any kind of trouble she can find. We couldn't resist dressing her up in this cute little Mexican dress we bought in Cabo. Even SHE knows she looks cute!!

Other cute things she does lately....

She can't just run outside whenever she wants like the boys. She gets really frustrated watching them from the windows. So she loves to stick her head out the doggy door just to feel like she is getting her way a little

Also, whenever we are sitting at the table getting ready to eat, BEFORE we even say that we are going to say prayer, she gets this serious look on her face and sits there patiently with her arms folded ready for prayer. She keeps them folded for the entire prayer but occasionally will sneak a quick bite of food and then folds them right back again. lol!

Day #1

San Diego was a blast!! We both felt like it was time to go home before we ever even got on the boat because we had so much fun!! We stayed at a W hotel there: http://www.starwoodhotels.com/whotels/property/photos/index.html?propertyID=1433


We took public transportation down to the border for some great shopping at an outlet mall there and then went to the gas lamp district for a fun night. It was a great way to start off our trip!

Sweet Tooth

The other day I went to the bank and the teller gave me 3 suckers for the kids. I gave one to each of the boys and put Whitneys in my purse. After we got home I was making lunch and realized I hadn't heard Whitney in a while. I went searching for her and finally found her behind the front door. She had gotten into my purse, found the sucker and went to town. (I WISH I took a pic!!!)

Then... yesterday I gave her a little suck on an Otter Pop and she loved it. That night when I was making dinner I got something out of the freezer and she was playing in it. She grabbed the already opened Otter Pop and took it into the other room to do her thing. This time I grabbed my camera. Poor thing... she's going to have a sweet tooth just like her Mama!!!
