Spring Break 2016

This week we started our Spring Break journey which began in 

Genoa, Italy

Just arrived to our hotel and snapped what I would say is just about the most random, bazaar photo of the kids decompressing after the drive. lol!!

Venturing out of our hotel room.  Connor is helping his Daddy walk around the city!

We found the water!!! :)

Everyone suggested this aquarium.  It is the largest in Italy and one of the largest in Europe.

You know it's good when your kids are taking pictures!!

I never knew dolphins did this!!  They make round little circles and then pop them.  So cute!

Brought lots of goodies home!!

Headed back home to get cleaned up for dinner

Went looking for an authentic seafood restaurant and ended up at this Brazilian Churrascaria Restaurant!

Oh my... this was a mind blowing experience for Connor!!!!

Jeremy had everyone in stitches as he broke out his Portuguese 

Time to leave Genoa and move on to our next destination

Our next stop was to the second smallest City-State/Microstate in the world (after Vatican City)

Monaco

Driving up to our house was really fun.... NOT!

We made it!!!  Connor and Whitney immediately took advantage of the lounge chairs with the GORGEOUS view!

Walking down the mountain to explore Monte Carlo

The famous Monte Carlo Casino!  The boys LOVED all the fancy cars!!!
Jeremy was regretting not driving our van down here and parking in next to the Bentleys! haha!

They were having a Tennis tournament here while we were there

We stumbled upon the Japanese Gardens

We finally got down to the water!

Even the kids agreed it was a bit too cold to get in!

An extremely overpriced dinner for pizza that tasted like it came out of a box!
3 pizzas, Whitney's lasagna, and waters was almost $100!
