 Team Building Exercise

This week I got to participate in a team building exercise with the other directors.
We had to work together to build a bridge that represented challenges and goals.

Halloween 2018

This was our 4th Halloween in Italy and our first time attempting the trick or treating on base.  We have always avoided it because of the horror stories.  There are roughly 250 houses on the base.  They shut the base down on Halloween so no cars are driving on or off and they open it up for Italians to come on the base for trick or treating.  It was surprisingly not as bad as we thought it would be.

The boys volunteered to stay home to pass out candy to the Italian kids.  The Italians in our neighborhood have learned to always come to our house for the good candy and I didn't want them to be disappointed that we weren't there!

We went to one of the teacher's classrooms on the base first to change into costumes and have some dinner

It was finally time for these hooligans to start begging for candy

And that was the last time I saw Whitney!
She was running wild with her friends all night while Jeremy and I just hung out with other parents and watched all the excitement from the sidelines. 

Movie Night

We got invited to an outdoor movie showing of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them with some friends over the weekend.  They had a fire behind us that kept us warm all night and was used to make s'mores later!

We finished the week with having dinner with our dear friends.  

And some after dinner cuddles!! lol!
