Walk-a-Thon

Aiden went with me to volunteer at a walk-a-thon at Connor's school today. It was fun to see Connor around his friends. He's a different person when he's at school. He's very careful to follow the rules and will get mad at me if I seem to not be complying. lol!

Fall in KC

Aiden, Lili, Whitney, & Kayla had so much fun playing in the leaves today. We are having the best weather lately and all the changing colors make everything so beautiful. I have discovered that I love fall in KC!

Poor Aiden

I took Aiden to the library today for their monthly birthday celebration. Aiden was the only one there with a birthday this month so everyone sang just to him and he got "special treatment". Ok... I admit, it was kind of lame. But, even though Aiden complained that the party was for "babies" I could tell he kind of like the attention.

Art Festival

This weekend we went to the anual Art Festival on the Plaza. This is a special occasion for us because it was one of the first and funnest dates that Jeremy and I ever had. It was a little different going with 3 kids this time though. The Plaza was beautiful. The weather was perfect. I love fall in Kansas City. I feel so blessed to be back here with the love of my life and 3 healthy, beautiful children. Who would have ever guessed 9 years ago???

Slugger

Our neighbors had tickets to the Royals game on Thursday and couldn't go. They gave us their tickets. We didn't want to take Whitney so Jeremy's boss, Rick, went with Jeremy and the boys. Connor was so proud of this pic with Slugger. Aiden was too scared to get close to him. lol!

MIA

Ok... I know I have been MIA lately!

I've been a little busy. It all started with the clothes sale. I bought so many new clothes that there wasn't room for them.

So, I had to go through all of the old clothes to see what fit and what didn't. Then I found unpacked bins of clothes in the basement. I had piles of clothes all over the house for a week. Clothes that are too small for Connor, but too big for Aiden pile. Clothes that are too small for Aiden and need to give away pile. Clothes that are too big for Whitney and clothes that are too small for Whitney piles, etc...

Now that I am finally done these are the 12 FULL bins of clothes that I am going to be getting rid of.

Just watch... now I'll get pregnant again and have to

buy all these clothes all over again!

OMG!!!

Well... after extensive research on the internet I have self-diagnosed my current ailments. I swear, I am falling apart! I'm really bummed too because I just got my gym membership and was really getting into my workouts and now it's going to be really hard to work out for a while. In fact, the average healing time for both problems is a YEAR!!!

So, this is what I have:

1. Plantar-Fasciitis and 2. De-Quervain's-Disease

Seriously, someone needs to just shoot me and put me out of my misery!
